Subdivision Plans:

Surveyor Dave Hoffman presented the plans for the Bordner subdivision that he presented at the Planning Commission Meeting last week. The Planning Commission did not sign the plans. The main concern is that everyone knows there are only 3 Building Rights remaining with the Subdivision. Lot 4 has 2 Building Rights and Lot 2/7 has 1 Building Right. After the Supervisors reviewed the plans again, Supervisor Harlen Anderson, Jr. made a motion to approve the plans pending the following changes: Add Lot 2/7 under the Non-Separation Clause, Add a note stating Soil Testing needs to be done before a Building Permit and Add Residential to use for Lot 4. Also filing fee needs to be paid to Township. Supervisor Jeff Propps seconded the motion.

Business from the Floor:

There was no business from the floor.

Old Business:

Supervisor Jeff Propps has submitted changes made to Zoning Ordinances and the SALDO to the York County Planning Commission since their May 17th review and comments.

New Business:

The Supervisors agreed to participate in York County’s Festival of Lights at Rocky Ridge Park again this year. Coupons will be available at the Township Office or online.

Solicitor’s Report:

Solicitor Sharon Myers reported that changes have been made with Overtime Rules for Salaried Workers. This should not affect the Township since no one is paid by Salary. The supervisors discussed with Sharon the ordinances that would apply to wedding venues in a barn. She will provide more information.

Supervisor Jeff Propps made a motion to pay the bills out of the General Funds Account totaling $ 4,147.80 and the State Account totaling $ 2,502.76. Supervisor Dan McGregor seconded the motion.

Supervisor Jeff Propps made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:09 P.M. Supervisor Harlen Anderson, Jr. seconded the motion.

Respectfully Submitted,
