The Washington Township Board of Supervisor’s met at the Municipal Building on June 15, 2015.

All Supervisors were present.

Chairman Dan McGregor called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M.

Everyone stood for the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag.

The minutes from the previous meeting were read and approved as read.

The Treasurer’s report was read and approved as read.

Supervisor Dan McGregor read the following reports. Dillsburg EMS responded to 141 calls for the month of May, 5 calls were in Washington Township. Franklintown Fire Company responded to 34 calls total with 2 in the township. Wellsville Fire Company responded to 17 calls in May with 1 in the township. East Berlin Fire Company also responded to 17 calls for the month and 3 were in the township. There was no ambulance report.

Subdivision Plans:

There were no plans presented.

Business from the Floor:

There was no business from the floor.

Old Business:

There was no old business to discuss.

New Business:

There was no new business.

Solicitor’s Report:

Solicitor Sharon Myers reported that County will issues their final letter of determination on June 16 in regards to the new flood maps. York County Planning and FEMA will hold a meeting on August 11 to discuss changes to the maps and the new floodplain requirements.

Supervisor Jeff Propps made a motion to pay the bills out of the General Funds Account totaling $ 3,781.93 and the State Account totaling $ 8,488.23. Supervisor Harlen Anderson, Jr. seconded the motion.

Supervisor Dan McGregor made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:40 P.M. Supervisor Harlen Anderson, Jr. seconded the motion.
